Booking Policies

These policies protect your time and mine. Please read before booking.

Cancellations
A 48-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations due to sickness may receive a deposit transfer, but you must reschedule within 48 hours.

Payments Accepted
Payments accepted via Zelle, Cash App, Navy Federal, and card. All other forms of payment will not be accepted. A booking deposit may be required to hold your appointment.

No Extra Guests
For purposes of safety and sanitation, no extra guests are allowed to accompany you unless you are a parent bringing your child. Child services are for ages 6–10 only. Ages 11+ book as an adult.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period will be given. Any time after that is subject to a $10 late fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled without a refund.
